How It Works
At Mother Nurture Composting Services, we make composting simple and rewarding. Here’s how you can start reducing waste and nourishing the planet in just a few easy steps:
Step 1: Sign Up
Join our composting community by calling, emailing, or filling out the form on our homepage. We will then discuss how many bins you need (the plans start at $28/mo) and what your pickup days will look like.
Step 2: Receive Your Bin and Fill it Up
We'll drop off your bin(s) and you start filling them up. It helps to have a small countertop container for daily use. Collect your food scraps, including fruit and vegetable peels, coffee grounds, eggshells, and more. Check our list of accepted materials to ensure proper composting.
Step 3: Set It Out for Pickup
On your designated collection day, simply place your bucket outside. Our team will collect your scraps and transport them to our composting facility, where they’ll be transformed into nutrient-rich compost.
Step 4: Get Finished Compost (Optional)
Want to see the fruits of your efforts? Choose to receive finished compost for your garden, or donate it to local community gardens and farms.
